My career spans executive leadership roles at RichardsonRFPD (Arrow Company), NXP Semiconductors, and National Semiconductor, where I led European operations, business transformations, and high-performing teams across more than 20 countries.

With a foundation in engineering, economics, and leadership, and a PhD in Economics & Corporate Management, I bring both strategic insight and operational depth to every engagement.
I advise and work hands-on with boards, leadership teams, and organisations — as an advisor, coach, or interim executive — always focused on outcomes, not theory.
